Discover exactly what fits inside the Star Wars Unlimited Soft Crate deck box: a double-sleeved 60-card deck, plus a built-in token box with a click-lock lid. Perfect for casual TCG storage.
Quick answer
The Star Wars Unlimited Soft Crate holds a full double-sleeved 60-card deck and includes a separate token box with a click-lock mechanism, making it a practical casual deck box for TCG players.
What the Soft Crate is designed for
The Soft Crate is a budget-friendly, all-in-one carrying solution for Star Wars: Unlimited players. It focuses on protecting a single deck and its tokens rather than storing multiple decks or oversized accessories.
Because it is a soft crate, it offers less rigid protection than a hard-shell deck box, but it is lighter and easier to toss into a bag. The trade-off is that it is best for casual transport, not heavy stacking or extreme pressure.
Frequently asked questions
- How many cards fit in the Soft Crate?
- It fits a double-sleeved 60-card deck. If you use single sleeves, you may have room for a few extra cards, but the crate is optimized for a standard 60-card deck.
- Does the Soft Crate hold tokens?
- Yes. It comes with a separate token box that has a click-lock lid, so your tokens stay secure and don't spill out during transport.
- Can I use the Soft Crate for other TCGs?
- Yes, any game that uses a 60-card deck (single or double sleeved) will fit. The Star Wars Unlimited theme is cosmetic; the dimensions work for standard-size cards. Check your deck size: if you play a game with larger cards (e.g., Japanese size), this crate won't fit.
- Is the Soft Crate rigid or flexible?
- It is a soft crate, meaning it has a padded but flexible exterior. It offers good protection for casual use but is not as crush-resistant as a hard plastic deck box. For backpack or bag carry, it's fine. For heavy stacking or storage under weight, consider a hard shell option.
